Atripla - when you are undetectactable can you stop taking medication?

Why does Atripla have to be stored at 77% F? Does anything happen to the medication if it isn't?

I am currently taking atripla and go to the gym regularly, do any supplements affect this?

the supplement is to aid muscle growth. One is a protein shake and the other is in tablet form.
