Aspirin/Oxycodone - What is the equivelant of 1 4.5 percodan and 1 10 norco as far as strength is?

Norco has the stronger effect cause you are taking 30 mgs of the norco and only 13.5 mgs of the percodan.

Percocet is about 2.5X stronger than hydrocodone. So... lets do some math (my favorite :P ) 10 divided by 4.5 is 2.222. So those two are really really close to the same strength, technically. However its widely believed (i havnt seen an actual official documents, but from personal) percocet is a better pain reliever. So if you are thinking that you wanna switch talk to your doc, he probably wont have a problem with it cause theyre pretty closr

actually as the above answers are wrong oxycodone is about one and a half the strength of hydrocodone

Mg. To Mg. Oxycodone is definitely stronger but if you take 30mg. Of hydrocodone it will help more than 15mg.of Oxycodone
