As I no longer have health insurance, is there an "over the Counter" equivilent?

Desoximetasone is a high potency corticosteroid cream. You will not be able to purchase an equivalent over the counter. You will be able to purchase low potency corticosteroid creams over the counter eg. Hydrocortisone cream. Talk to your pharmacist.
