zometa infusion 2 x per year to prevent bone metastases (breast cancer) & to manage osteoporosis (most recent yesterday)
medrol oral 8 days to reduce acute inflammation spinal stenosis 4 levels next week
now surgery cervical spine is advised
will either of these two meds complicate surgery?
Are zometa + corticosteroids (+tamoxifen) okay prior to surgery cervical spine?
