First of all save your money. Use any drug over the counter for sea sickness, or allergy capsules-antihistamine. Your pharmacist can help you with that. I can get it less than $4.00. As for your water pill you can know when you have too much water in your system. But for now take it daily and check your potassium.

I have had Meniers since 1992 and has lost about 20% over all hearing loss. But the loss has stopped for the last 10 years.
