Are they taking roxicodone off the market?

Who told you this information? I have not heard this. It may only be affecting the brand name Roxicodone and generics will still be available or if you heard it from a non-medical professional source, they may be thinking this because a reformulated version of short acting oxycodone has been put on the market that has the same tamper resistant properties that OxyContin's reformulation has. It is difficult to crush and turns to gel when exposed to liquid so that is cannot be injected oe snorted. The new tamper resistant formulation of short acting oxycodone is called Oxecta.
