Been on Tenormin for years, now need addtional med.. Tried Lisinapril,Enalapril, and HCTZ. Side affects getting best of me.

How much is your BP? Yes there are natural treatments for HBP, but they are long term usage, it shall depend upon the HBP that you have. Please read this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jambul, if you could get hold of the fruit it helps in reducing the HBP, hope this helps?

Hi mrspage82 As hard as I lean toward the natural and away from the medical profession, even I can't think of anything right now. so... i'm on meds too, but i'll look around. Hell i've got enough books etc. to start my own natural med. library , I just get lazy [this heat has got me]. Sacosam
