Dilantin for the seizures

Are there reactions between dilantin, ranitidine and decadron?

Primary B-cell lymphoma in the frontal lobe of my brain removed on May 17/09 caused a seizure causing me to take dilantin. Chemo of methotrexate too harsh, so now I will undergo radiation therapy. The radio-oncologist has prescribed ranitidine and decadron. Will these drugs cause the dilantin to fail to work causing more seizures?

There are moderate interactions between Dilantin and Ranitidine, and Dilantin and Decadron.
Ranitidine may rarely increase the plasma concentrations of phenytoin, resulting in toxicity.
And Dilantin may induce enzymes that metabolize Decadron, reducing it therapeutic efficacy. It is described in detail in the link below.
