Hi, how are you doing? I could use your help. My brother in law was just diagnosed this Monday with ALS he has a terrible time speaking and swallowing food. He has a therapist, but is there any medicine that might help? Also, is the difficulty in swallowing considered an advanced symptom? I think you helping others is really great! Sweet pea
