I have no energy, always feel as if I have a hangover, unable to work or even complete simple tasks of daily living, actually feel disabled. A friend of mine had the same symptoms , tryed the drug acarbose and had great results. Just wondering if there is a natural ingredient in this medication that I could try rather than a prescription.
