No.
Zeasorb AF has not been linked to cancer.
Miconazole, the active ingredient of Zeasorb, has been safely used since 1974.

Zeasorb contains Acrylamide as its primary base, which is a known cancer causing agent.

However, I have not researched whether any cases of cancer have been explicitly linked to Zeasorb.
