In short, "No." Testim is NOT prescribed to increase penis size.
Your question as to which gel increases penis size is telling. There is NO treatment to enlarge one's penis. Penis size is a function of genetics AND the effects of puberty on one's genitals. As long as you have passed through puberty, you will not see such a benefit from Testim nor any other drug.
There are no magic cures for increasing genitals.
However, you should speak with your doctor.
