If I'm not mistaken, it is illegal to not have some sort of marking on the medication, thus allowing people to identify the med as well as the strength. This includes otc and prescription, so... either it's illegal drugs, or it's a supplement. I would assume the second out of the two. Now... as far as what supplement it is, I wouldn't have the faintest idea as to how and or where to find that info out, sorry. Hope that this is of some help!

these pills are capsules that can open and have powder inside

found some capsules they are large clear capsules with muddy brown powder and some with a reddish brown powder inside.
