Aqua-Ban - is it normal to feel dizzy?

Sounds like to me, is that you have taken too much water off and it is messing wiith your electrolytes. I would most assurdly cut back in the dosage. Your blood pressure is dropping which is causing you to be dizzy.

i only took one pill and right away i got really dizzy

I would call your doctor. This does not sound right, at all.
