I take 10 mg and its really the only thing that I have noticed. No cough at all.

This happens with the majority of blood pressure meds. Its a momentary drop in blood pressure when changing position. It can be eased by getting up slower. I have a habit of bolting out of my car when I'm running errands, and I'll get into a store and then it hits, lolol..one of these days I'm going to take out a row of canned foods, lol
