it is a fairly newly learned treatment. Again a drug not meant for migraine that actually works pretty well. I am now on 30 mg/day (along with other drugs) but it seems to be working. Did it work for your BP? Mine has not dropped a bit and I have very low BP to begin with. Modern science miracles??
I do not use benicar for prevention of migraines, however I do use a blood pressure medication, it seems to help when my migraine "season" begins, but seems to loose efficacy after a few weeks. The med I use is Toprol
