Hey rainrenaye, I was wondering why you are tapering? Do you suffer from chrontic pain or this addiction? Taper plans work if the doctor know what he is doing. If a slow taper is done, you should not have withdrawals at all. I would think this would be in your best interest even to your doctor. Are the fentynal patches the gel or the mylan that have the med right in the sticky nesws? This is important, because you sure can't cut the ones that are gel, cut have heard of other cutting the stickiy one (Mylan brand) to lower their dose. I believe you should do one at a time to avoid withdrawals. First the fentynal, & then the oxycodone. Are you saying you are getting a new script for 50mg of oxycodone or oxycotin ER or what. Your question is a little confusing. & where does nucynta come in? Am a biot confused by your question. Please elaborate more to better answer this for you...
