I've heard a little anecdotal evidence that taking Turmeric can help with plaque psoriasis so I started taking 1000mg a day about 4 weeks ago. My symptoms lessoned for about a week and a half, but came back in full force, so I upped my dose to 1500mg a day about a week ago with no change in symptoms. Just wondering if I am wasting my time and money here, or if there is a "magic dose" I should be taking.
