Nellie,
I'm sorry I did not answer you question, what to expect when stopping Tramadol/Ultram. You can expect typical opiate withdrawal symptoms, depending on how long you've been taking it. The list includes the following;
diarrhea, vomitting, panic attacks, depression, restless legs, muscle aches, goose flesh, and nightmares. Now you probably will not have all of these symptoms but you could have a few. You may have none of the symptoms!
It sounds pretty bad, I know, and please do NOT stop this med cold turkey as I stated before, very dangerous. Please post again!

Jeg er på min uke 1, nedtrapping, jeg har::: diare, restless-legg,ikke sove om natta,bomull i hodet, deprimert, muskelsmerter..
Hi
All I could understand was muscle pain and restless legs, talk to your doc about a muscle relaxer such as Soma to use for a short while. This will eventually pass, yet I know how painful it is. Talk to your doctor about this!!!
Bon chance,
