Yes, Spiriva is known to cause side effects such as urinary retention, urinary difficulty and urinary tract infection.
Ocular side effects have included cataracts, narrow angle glaucoma (new onset or worsening) and blurred vision. Increased intraocular pressure has been reported in postmarketing experience.
