Hi do you wear glasses or contact lenses? You can get a standard anti-inflammatory/soothing eye drop from your pharmacy without prescription, also you can keep certain eye masks in the fridge to use in the evening, containing ingredients such as cucumber which feel great and help to relieve any puffiness
