My doctor has decided to try Tegretol XR in hope of lessening my seizures. (8 years and so many medicines without success).My friend says it interacts with the Effector XR that I currently take. I do not want to embarrass my doctor by thinking he wouldn't know, but???
Any interactions between Tegretol XR and Effector XR?

They can be taken together but you will need to be monitored more regularly, at least initially.
