Any danger in a 13 year old boy getting an adult dose of Flulaval ?

Details:

Gave him a 0.5 ml IM dose of Flulaval to my son who will be 14 in Dec. He weights 120 lbs.

Added 16 Oct 2010:

No allergies to eggs. No pain or redness at the site.
