Sandy77I am on a few antidepressants. Viibryd, Lamictal, ritalin and sinequan for sleep. I am eating alot of chocolate early in the morning. I don't even like chocolate so this is really strange. Do any of these drugs cause this side effect?

Never heard of any of the medications causing a craving for chocolate specifically, but sinequan can cause an increase in appetite or a craving for sweets. Try substituting something healthy but sweet such as fruit for the cravings and see if that won't interrupt the habit.

The chocolate thing is very strange. Like I said, I don't even care for chocolate. And I eat really healthy. I am going to try to stock up on granola bars. Thank you for the advice.
Vibryd is causing that for me too! And I don't even like chocolate too! Bizarre. I found these protein peanut butter granola bars that they sell in Costco. They have chocolate in them too. And they do it for me. I eat very carefully also and try to avoid sweets.
