i tried zoloft and the side affects were not easy for the both of , i like to find something that will be alot better for her , im not to worried about me , its her , can you please help me ?

Antidepressant medication is often prescribed for postnatal depression, especially if the depression is moderate or severe.
The tricyclics imipramine and nortriptyline and the serotonin reuptake inhibitors sertraline and paroxetine are present in breast milk at relatively low levels and are therefore good ones to try.
