Hello kari3268. I'd wait another full 24 hours. The drug is meant to be taken in 24 hour cycles. However, knowing how powerfull a reaction one can have if alcohol is taken, even with a trace Antabuse in your system, I d wait another as I said, full 24 hours. Hopefully you'll not take a drink, because that would defeat the purpose of taking the drug to begin with. But, you asked a question and I gave my answer. Very best of wishes, take care, pledge
