That is likely water weight and some vitamin b6 or a fluid pill may help. If you are exercising, you will sweat some off as well, just know that you won't just gain weight, it comes from not exercising and eating the wrong things and too many of them.Hormones of most types make you retain fluid, and if you will watch your salt intake, that will help as well.
