i have ambesol leftover from a problem tooth that was extracted and was curious if the numing effects would work for a topical agnalstic or pain reliever for a surface scrape.

Anbesol Baby (benzocaine topical) is a local anesthetic (numbing medication). It works by blocking nerve signals in your body.
