Do you mean what are the special tests you need to do before you start Anastrozole?

Your doctor needs to decide what needs to be done. Before using anastrozole, tell your doctor if you have heart disease, circulation problems, a history of stroke of blood clot, severe liver disease, or if you have not yet completed menopause.

I'm not sure about the special tests but maybe a dose adjustment may be required. Your oncologist should be able to give you the best advice.
