Hi I'm 28, for about a month now I've had shaking hands almost constantly. About a week ago I noticed that sometimes it was hard to get some words out. Few days later it feels like its hard to swallow. Can als symptoms progress this fast? My girlfriend says she hasn't noticed the speech problem. Went to my pcp he said that my reflexes are all good and the shakes are probably stress/anxiety related. I feel certain something is wrong it got so bad I started having panic attacks. Doc proscribed celexa been on it for about 7 days. If anyone has any insight it would be appreciated.
