Can amoxicillin be used for dental infection?

If it is any help, I have been prescribed amoxicillin for a dental infection.

Most Def!!! I would rather have amoxicillian than anything else.

amoxicillin is good for dental infection but always drink plenty of fluid to flush the infection out your body and finish your bottle even if u feel better sweety.

how long does it take for the antibiotic amoxicillin to take effect? ive been using it for 3 days and i still have more pain than ever..im using it for tooth pain
