Amitiza - Has any one lost a few pounds while taking this medication?

No, I haven't. It did help my constipation for awhile at least. Things have progressed so much that it's hard to tell if anything's helping. Have you lost any weight on it so far? Relieving your constipation can result in as much as a 10 pound weight loss, depending on your degree of constipation. -
