Is Ambien contraindicated with depression, hypoglycemia or hypertension?

It has a caution if depressed but otherwise it would be ok.

My doctor doesn't seem to think so. I take Wellbutrin for depression and Diovan HCT for Hypertension. Hypoglycemia is controlled with diet. He prescribed Ambien for me.
