Am possibly having a tooth pulled and I take boniva injections every three months. what are the risks with having atooth pulled

Your tooth extraction may put you at a greater risk of developing osteonecrosis of the jaw - bone loss of the jaw - a side effect of Boniva.
You should have a chat with your dentist. Is the extraction necessary ?
It is recommended that invasive surgery not be attempted unless absolutely necessary.
If extraction is required then your dentist will follow dental procedures that will minimize the risk.
