have been on several meds lorazepam,respiridone,quintapine and nothing worked am so hoping this does and i can get my life back on track.

I've been on buspirone for years and it works for me! My doctor said that the combination of buspirone and an antidepressant make both work twice as well. I haven't had any issues with anxiety since I've been on it. I'm prescribed Xanax to take as needed for panic attacks but I haven't needed to take it yet!

I posted a similar question today. I have been taking this for 3 days now, and feeling pretty awful. I was told that my body needs time to adjust,and that it will work. I have been having bad anxiety off and on since 2005, and i am at the point where nothing seems to be working for me anymore. I am so scared and hoping it will help me, and hope it will help you too.

Hi, I just started taking Buspirone about 5 days ago(5mg 2x/day). I've noticed that I am feeling better. However, when I take the second dose at night, I sleep for about 3 hours then I wake up and it is hard to go back to sleep which makes me tired and fatigue the next day. Did you experience this? I am happy that Buspirone is working for you.
Nice to read some positive comments I too have tried many drugs and latest was herbal remedies which did nothing for me just gave me severe heartburn/nausea indigestion. I have now been prescribed busiperone do you take with meals?
