i have cronic pancreatitis due to alcoholism, it has been ongoing for 11 years 22 hospitalizations, all over a week and up to 51 days, i have had to be intubated 6 times . i have been on 200mcgs of fentanyl for 10 years, just recently i changed doc's my new one is prescribing me 90mgs er and 40mgs ir of opana, i almost never run out of my meds but am concerned about abusing the pills. i have never been on suboxone or methadone or one other "one" i can't remember the name for it but am wondering if my condition warrants these steps, oh my psychiatrist also prescribes me 40mgs of valium per day and just started me on 200mgs of luvox cr. WHAT DO I DO? willi1
