Alprostadil and Cialis have a minor interaction but can be taken together. Just that the hypotensive effects may be enhanced. Please be aware of this and contact your doctor if you experience symptoms of hypotension such as dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting.
Or you could make your doctor/urologist aware that you are using these medicines together.
My BP is normally about 100/65, and heart rate BPM of 39. So, shouldn't be a problem with the hyptosensive effect. I have an appointment this week with the urologist. Thanks for your comment.
