Alprazolam, clonazepam, lortab, hydromet are they in the same drug class?

Alprazolam and clonazepam are in the same class called benzodiazepines while the lortab and hydromet are in a different class called opiates. How long these drugs will stay in your system really depends on the amount, frequency and length of time that you have been taking them. The benzodiazepines can last a long time in your body if you have been on them for months, as much as 30 days but generally will be undetectable in urine after 10 days from the last dose taken. The opiates can last upto 7 days from the last dose taken.

If you are use to taking either of these regularly, you can not just stop taking them without experiencing withdrawals. In the case of the benzodiapzepines this can be very serious causing the possibility of a seizure.

Drinking lots of water certainly won't hurt but won't help that much either. The drug detection times are only estimates as everyones metabolism is different. If you have a higher metabolism because of exercise, the times maybe a little less.
