Yes, it's fine to use Xyzal and Nasonex together.
A moderate drug-drug interaction does exist between Xyzal and alprazolam, but if you've already been taking these together without any problems then it should fine.
Just for your information:
Alprazolam and Xyzal (levocetirizine) have a moderate drug-drug interaction.
MONITOR: Concurrent use of cetirizine or levocetirizine with alcohol or other central nervous system (CNS) depressants may result in additive impairment of mental alertness and performance. In the event that they are used together, patients should be counseled to avoid hazardous activities requiring complete mental alertness and motor coordination until they know how these agents affect them, and to notify their physician if they experience excessive or prolonged CNS effects that interfere with their normal activities.
