Me and my boy friend where one night fooling around when we realized the condom broke. I have only been taking this pill for about 2 months now and im a little worried and stressed that i might be pregnant. So i was wondering how affective this birth control is and and how long it would be before the pill is 99% affective on the body from stopping pregnancy ?

You are fine. You can have unprotected sex after the first pack of pills (the manufacturer actually claims seven days). The pill protects you from pregnancy but it doesnt protect you against STDs. If you are in a commited manogamous (only having sex with each other) relationship and both of you are STD free then you dont have to use condoms, unless you prefer to, as long as you take your pills daily. If you miss a pill, you need to use back up, like a condom, for seven days after the missed pill. If you go on antibiotics, they can reduce the effectiveness of the pill so you need to use back up condoms while on antibiotics and for seven days after you finish them. Other than that you are safe from pregnancy so no worries!
