After 2 years on fosamax I have severe pain in my arms and legs, especially in the thigh and should?

It's possible, but not probable. It's a bone building drug, & during that process you can experience pain. I am on Forteo, & it really makes my bones ache, but will be worth it in the long run..Good luck to you...
