Go to suboxone.com and find a doc in your area who can prescribe it and just call and ask.
If you have to pee dirty in order to get a legal script, I mean I'd stay off the sub 24 hours use some pills and give them the dirty pee... You gotta do what you gotta do. Personally I think its silly to have to have a dirty pee but I know my brother in law went to the oatc for methadone and he was hooked on fentynal, they don't test for fentynal so they said you have to have a dirty pee to get on. The lady said I don't condone useing but I have to have to dirty pee to get you on... He had to use something different and go back. There they have cameras but in a reg doc office they don't so maybe you can even use a dirty pee just to get on. If you have to.

I'm sorry but that first answer was wrong. Quit subs you got illegally so you can take an illegal med so you can give a dirty urine to get subs legally?? No. Honesty is ALWAYS the best way to go. Most sub doc's already know the patients they treat get the opiates illegally anyway. Be honest and you won't have to worry about having a good memory later. Simply tell the doc you were addicted to pain meds, got treatment for it and you relapsed. Someone gave you suboxone and it worked. Please help me. Most compassionate doctors will help you. If not, find one who will. But please don't quit subs, take something else just to show you take something illegally. You're already doing that with the subs, no reason to switch.
Good luck to you and please be honest with the doctor.

You could also try to simply be honest with a doctor who is able to prescribe subs (not all are) - and explain your situation. Most doctors do understand drug addiction, and its related craziness, like buying subs on the street. If they do understand it, they don't judge - but try to work with us.
12mg is much more suboxone than you need. I rarely suggest doses over 8mg, at most. Have you searched out the "general discussion" boards on this site? Here is a link to the suboxone thread on that forum, written by Robert (Robert_325) - the "go-to" guy on suboxone information. He helps countless folks with the entire suboxone therapy process. He's one of "us" - another person in recovery from drug addiction. Feel free to post there, and you'll get responses. http://www.drugs.com/forum/featured-drugs/suboxone-subutex-therapy-50887.html

You more than likely will be able to get suboxone legally and licitly from a suboxone doctor without having to have dirty urine. Most doctors realize that someone taking suboxone is trying to heal and aren't too judgemental of how you got on them, they will be more concerned if you test postivie for benzos, pot or other medications. I urge people to check all the doctors listed in their area for pricing of induction, and office visit fees as these fees can vary. You will probably be encouraged to go to addiction therapy, this really is the best way to heal, with the therapy.
