Hello hudson17. Better notify your doctor because having any severe or persistent joint or muscle pain is considered a serious side effect and reason for concern. I researched this site and several others, but it was only from this site, that its listed a serious severe side effect. Let your doctor know, and if you've only recently started taking the Wellbutrin, I'd stop taking it. (I'm not a doctor) Best wishes and be safe, pledge
