Zoloft is supposed to be taken either in the morning or at night, but if you're doctor wants you to take it at night, then that's probably the best time for you. You're not supposed to take it with Valium or other anti-depressants. It should be okay to take it with Darvocet-n, but please just make sure with your doctor or pharmacist.
