Acetaminophen - Is it safe to be takeing two tylenol flu nightime tablets and a Neocitran befor bed?

You should take no more than 1000mg per each dose and 4000mg of acetaminophen is the daily limit. You should take no more than 4000mg in a 24 hour period. 3000mg if you drink alcohol. If you are taking 1650mg in one dose then that is too much. You should space the doses by about 4-6 hours apart.
