Acetaminophen/Butalbital/Caffeine - Will I fail a drug test with this medicine?

Since none of the ingredients are commonly checked for in a routine uds, my answer would be no. I don't think you have anything to worry about!

Actually butalbital is considered a mild barbiturate so it could possibly show up as a positive for barbiturates.
