It's Class III. It's a narcotic pain reliever and muscle relaxant. It combines a sedative barbituate (butalbital), a narcotic pain reliever and cough suppressant (codeine), a non-narcotic pain and fever reliever (acetaminophen), and a stimulant (caffeine).
