I've got mild sorta severe acne at times. Im 14 i have sensitive skin, and I know the only reason I get acne is from hormones. My grandpa has Diabetes if that has anything to do with things. Im considering stopping Tretinoin for it.

If tretinoin isn't helping then yes you could try Accutane (i.e. if your dermatologist agrees).
