Is oyster shell calcium good for hair and nails?

I don't know about hair and nails, but it is definitely good for teeth and bones.

A balanced diet is the best thing for healthy hair and nails. Especially fresh fruit and vegetables, and high protein foods such as legumes, nuts and seeds. Vitamin B can also help.
