Yes, Asmanex twisthaler can cause oral thrush (which is what I'm assuming you were thinking of).
Asmanex Twisthaler Powder (Mometasone) is a corticosteroid. It works by reducing inflammation in the airways. Inhaled corticosteroids can cause thrush. It is recommended that you rinse your mouth out with water after using this.
